Kyle, le contrebassiste, compositeur et fils de, utilise un DPA 4099 pour son instrument. Il en est satisfait au point de convertir l’ensemble de ses musiciens, et ce sont aujourd’hui huit micros de ce modèle qui équipent le groupe. On le retrouve sur les toms, les trompettes et le piano, tandis que les overhead sont en DPA 2011C. ■
