UNE NOUVELLE OBLIGATION D’INFORMATION DE L’EMPLOYEUR
L’article 13 de l’ordonnance n° 2017-1385 du 22 septembre 2017, relative au renforcement de la négociation collective, impose depuis le 24 septembre 2017 que les salariés de toute entreprise, quel qu’en soit l’effectif, soient informés de l’existence sur le site du ministère du Travail de la liste des organisations syndicales représentatives dans la branche dont relève leur entreprise. Cette information peut être communiquée par l’employeur par tous moyens, tels que mails, affichage dans l’entreprise, message sur l’intranet de l’entreprise, etc. ■
