BASSINS D’EMPLOI À REDYNAMISER (BER) : NOUVELLES DÉCLARATIONS SOCIALES
La liste des bassins d’emploi à redynamiser ainsi que les exonérations fiscales et de cotisations sociales afférentes vient d’être modifiée par deux décrets parus le 29 juin 2018. Ainsi, les entreprises qui s’implantent jusqu’au 31 décembre 2020 dans un bassin d’emploi à redynamiser (BER) peuvent bénéficier pendant cinq ans de l’exonération de certaines cotisations et de l’impôt sur les bénéfices, de la cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE) et de la taxe foncière. ■
