Le groupe SEDIA Développement prend une participation majoritaire dans AUDIOPOLE

Villepinte, le 9 novembre 2017 – Le groupe SEDIA Développement, présidé par Arnaud LESCHEMELLE, annonce une prise de participation majoritaire dans AUDIOPOLE.

Le groupe se constitue de 3 pôles :
• L’illumination avec LEBLANC Illuminations et ses filiales à l’étranger
• L’audiovisuel avec FREEVOX (CSI / SCV Audio & SCV Hitech)
• La musique avec ARBITER FRANCE

Avec cette acquisition, le groupe s’ouvre au marché du Broadcast et renforce sa position sur les marchés Installation et Touring.

La société AUDIOPOLE a été créée en 1996, elle restera présidée par André ZAGURY (actionnaire), un professionnel reconnu dans le monde de l’audiovisuel professionnel.

Naturellement, le pôle Broadcast reste dirigé par Jean-Philippe BLANCHARD (actionnaire).

Aujourd’hui AUDIOPOLE est le distributeur de nombreuses marques emblématiques telles que BEYERDYNAMIC, CLEAR COM, STUDER, GENELEC, KLARK TEKNIK, LAB GRUPPEN, TANNOY, TC ELECTRONIC, TURBOSOUND (plus de détails sur www.audiopole.net ).

Avec cette acquisition, le groupe SEDIA Développement totalise un chiffre d’affaires de 66 millions d’euros et emploie 241 personnes. ■
