La Midas MR18 évoque irrésistiblement la XR18 Behringer… C’est en effet le même coffret ! Mais à l’intérieur, Midas a intégré ses propres circuits (préamplis micro MIDAS PRO notamment). On compte seize entrées micro/ligne sur Combo plus deux sur jack, six sorties Aux et les généraux sur XLR, une sortie casque, deux prises MIDI, un routeur wifi intégré pour pilotage de la console depuis une tablette sous iOS ou Android, un mode interface audio USB 2.0 18 x 18 canaux, quatre moteurs d’effets numériques issus de la M32, un Automix Dugan, des égaliseurs paramétriques six bandes et graphiques en tiers d’octave… La MR18 est également compatible UltraNet pour connexion directe à un système d’écoute personnelle P-16. ■
