NOUVELLE ORGANISATION CHEZ ALIVE !
Cet été, Alive s’est lancé dans une nouvelle organisation, favorisant un mode de travail collaboratif : toutes les cloisons des bureaux ont été démontées afin de créer un grand espace, ouvert sur les collaborateurs. L’idée derrière ce nouvel aménagement est de faire tomber les murs entre les hommes et ainsi amorcer un changement organisationnel profond : mettre les équipes au cœur de l’action, favoriser la communication transversale et gagner toujours plus en réactivité ! ■
