DE NOUVELLES RÈGLES D’EXONÉRATION ET DE CALCUL DE L’ACCRE

L’aide aux chômeurs créant ou reprenant une entreprise consiste en une exonération partielle de charges sociales et un accompagnement pendant les premières années d’activité. Les règles de calcul pour les reprises ou créations intervenues depuis le 1er janvier 2017 ont été modiﬁées. Ainsi, pour ce qui concerne l’exonération de charges, elle sera totale si la rémunération est inférieure à 29 421 €, dégressive pour les rémunérations comprises entre 29 421 € et 39 227 €, et non applicable aux rémunérations supérieures ou égales à 39 228 €. La durée d’exonération peut être prolongée au maximum pour trois ans si l’entreprise créée ou reprise relève du régime micro-ﬁscal. ■
