JOUR DE CARENCE EN CAS D’ARRÊT MALADIE
Dans le secteur privé, en cas d’arrêt maladie, un délai de carence de trois jours est imposé au salarié par la sécurité sociale. Ainsi, le salarié ne perçoit d’indemnités journalières qu’à compter du 4e jour. Jusqu’alors épargnée, la fonction publique suivra prochainement un régime similaire puisqu’un jour de carence sera bientôt instauré en cas d’arrêt de travail pour maladie. ■
