LA « PRÉ-PLAINTE » EN LIGNE ÉTENDUE À DE NOUVEAUX CAS
Ce système de pré-plainte en ligne, accessible depuis 2013 sur le portail www.pre-plainte-en-ligne.gouv.fr, qui permettait jusqu’à présent de déclarer des faits en matière d’atteinte aux biens tels que vols, dégradations, escroqueries… (à l’exception des situations d’urgence), est étendu désormais aux cas de discrimination, diffamation, injure, ou encore provocation individuelle à la haine. L’objectif est de gagner du temps lors de votre présentation dans les services de police ou de gendarmerie, puisque pour que la déclaration soit enregistrée en tant que plainte, vous devez la signer dans les locaux de police ou de gendarmerie. ■
